When was MEKSOFT founded?

MEKSOFT was founded in Wuppertal in December 2023. The owner is Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who brings many years of professional experience to the company.

Where do you offer your services?

We are based in Wuppertal (Togostraße 3, 42277 Wuppertal). We serve clients throughout Germany – working together is easy by phone, email or video call. On-site meetings are possible by arrangement.

How much experience do you have?

We bring more than 19 years of professional experience from various positions in industry, plus three years of volunteer web design work for associations. This experience goes into every project – from websites to AI solutions.

What kinds of websites do you create?

We create websites for businesses and associations, landing pages, compact single-page mini websites and online shops. All websites are optimized for smartphones, tablets and desktops, fast and built with privacy in mind. On request, we also take care of hosting, email mailboxes and ongoing maintenance.

Do you also build online shops?

Yes. We develop online shops that let you sell your products or services directly through your website – including product management and the setup of payment and shipping options. Learn more under E-Commerce & Online Shop.

Do you offer search engine optimization (SEO)?

Yes. We optimize your website technically and in terms of content so it ranks better on Google – from keyword research and on-page optimization to local search engine optimization. Our Starter SEO Check is a good place to start.

Do you also build backlinks?

Yes. With our backlink package, we build high-quality, topically relevant links to your website over three months. We focus on quality rather than quantity.

Will I receive a consultation and an individual quote?

Yes. In a free, no-obligation initial consultation, we discuss your goals and requirements. You will then receive an individual quote. Book an appointment or send an inquiry.

Can AI also run locally?

Yes. On request, we use open-source language models that run on your own server or with a hosting provider in Germany. Your data then never leaves your own infrastructure. We advise you on which model and which hardware make sense for your use case.

How do you handle data protection?

We take data protection into account from the very beginning. We only process the data required for the task at hand, and we prefer to run our systems on servers in Germany. We do not pass personal data on to external AI services without a legal basis – where such services are needed, we agree on their use with you in advance. For particularly sensitive data, locally run models are a good option.

Can your solutions be integrated into existing systems?

In most cases, yes. Using interfaces (APIs), webhooks and automation platforms such as n8n, we connect our solutions with websites (e.g. WordPress), messengers such as WhatsApp and Telegram, email inboxes, Google Workspace, spreadsheets and databases, as well as CRM systems. Before the project starts, we check together which interfaces your system offers.
