      Cookies and consent management

This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device. They do not cause any damage and do not contain malware.

We use technically necessary cookies – for example, to store your cookie choices – on the basis of Section 25(2) TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, because they are required to operate this website. We only use all other cookies and similar technologies, in particular for audience measurement, if you have given your prior consent (Section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We use our own cookie banner to obtain and manage your consent. On your first visit to the website, you can decide there whether you allow analytics cookies in addition to the necessary cookies. Your choice is stored in the cookie “ms_consent” in your browser (storage period: 12 months) so that it is taken into account on later visits. Your choice is not passed on to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 7(1) GDPR (proof of consent).

The following cookies are used on this website:

      Contact form

If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, we process the information you provide there – title, name, email address, selected topic, your message and, optionally, your phone number – in order to handle your inquiry and answer any follow-up questions.

Your information is transmitted directly to our own automation system (n8n) and stored in our database (NocoDB). We operate both systems ourselves on a server of STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, in Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with STRATO pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. We also receive your inquiry by email. For our email communication, we use Google Workspace from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The email containing your inquiry is therefore stored on Google servers; a transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which there is an adequacy decision of the EU Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Beyond this, the data is not passed on to third parties.

Your information is not stored permanently on the web server of this website. Only if transmission to our system is temporarily not possible will your inquiry be cached there briefly and deleted after successful transmission. To protect against misuse, we store your IP address for a maximum of one hour in order to limit the number of inquiries per sender.

If your inquiry is related to a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In all other cases, we base the processing on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and on the consent you give via the checkbox in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We store your information until your inquiry has been fully processed and no further contact is expected. If your inquiry results in an order, we retain the related correspondence in accordance with the statutory retention periods (up to 10 years, Section 257 HGB (German Commercial Code), Section 147 AO (German Fiscal Code)). We delete inquiries that do not result in an order no later than 36 months after processing has been completed. You can request the deletion of your data at any time, provided that no statutory retention obligation prevents this.

      Inquiries by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your inquiry, including the personal data you provide (e.g., name, contact details, content of the inquiry), in order to handle your request. This data is not passed on to third parties without your consent. The legal bases and storage period are the same as those stated for the contact form.

      05Analytics tools

      Google Analytics

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).

Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our website – for example, which pages are viewed, how long a visit lasts, which device, operating system and browser are used, and from which region (country/city) a visit approximately originates. For this purpose, Google uses cookies (e.g., “_ga” and “_ga_*”) or similar technologies. Your IP address is not stored by Google Analytics 4; it is only processed briefly to determine your approximate location.

The information collected is transmitted to Google servers and stored there. This may also involve a transfer to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which there is an adequacy decision of the EU Commission (Art. 45 GDPR).

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can revoke it at any time via the cookie icon at the bottom left or “Cookie Settings” in the footer. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google. The data is automatically deleted after 14 months.
